Last spring, I met up with one of my favorite gem dealers who I’ve known for over 30 years. He had just returned from Thailand and had a small parcel of four trillion cut rubies. VERY special rubies. These little beauties are often sought after and rarely seen. Unheated and untreated Burmese Rubies! A deep saturated red with high clarity. I wanted to give this Ruby the royal treatment worthy of what it is. It is set in a 14 karat yellow gold basket setting on a white gold ring with one accent diamond.
